Class 3 DSC is issued by a certification authority (CA) after a thorough verification of the user's identity and provides a higher level of assurance to the entrusting party (typically the recipient of such digitally signed document). Class 3 DSC IS used for electronic document storage and electronic submission of bids and auctions, e-bidding, e-auctioning, patent filing, logo filing and for company register E-filing, VAT return e-filing, TDS declaration e-filing, E-filing income tax, signature a word or PDF and more.
